We want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted Emile Henry cookware; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or visit our returns center with your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack Your Ceramicware

  Carefully repackage your items in the original box with all protective inserts to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
